The Real Hong Kong feeling First things first: this is NOT a hotel or even hostel, so any kind further objections are futile here. BUT: if you’re gonna spend some days in Hong Kong you definitely have to stay in one of these kind of locations to really-really feel The City’s vibe. Basically what you’re gonna get is a simple and clean place to crash after a whole day of exploring the city or the surrounding areas and islands. If you’re not used to have real basic things, you need to be flexible. Don’t expect too much. If you are posh this is not for you. BUT: This is the Real Hong Kong way! It is one of the few places left nowadays which still have that old school Kowloon feeling. This place is… so Cyberpunk! :D This mansion is LEGIT 100%: excellent location, good security. Then: particularly people running this inn from 13th floor are very kind and helpful. My room was really basic and small (expect this being in Asia) but clean, also clean sheets and towel. Didn’t need more IMHO. To be honest I slept really well. During my stay it was really quiet. Neighbors were alrite, good people, tourists (!!!) from various places. Hot shower was available at any time in the morning or evening. Elevator service was ok, did not have long to wait like never, it stops just to the odd numbers ;) Location: location, location, location. Get from the Airport: bus A21, 15th station (Middle Road) go few minutes back and you’re there! 35HKD. Going back: station literally on the other side of the road. Subway: literally less that a minute right from the mansion main exit there is the tsim sha tsui station. Mirador is few mins always from the promenade, star ferry and pretty close to everything you need. If you’re lazy you have a 7eleven right downstairs. Found some really really good basic and traditional and old school family owed restaurants nearby the Nathan Road side streets in the Jordan area. Concluding: this place was one of the best quality-price ratio I ever had in Asia.

This hotel is a good pick for travelers watching their wallets. Its prime location makes it easy to explore key sights and hop on public transport. The rooms are compact and no-frills, but they do the job—I found the beds comfortable and the linens clean. That said, soundproofing is minimal, so expect noise from the hallways and neighboring rooms. The shared bathrooms were kept tidy, though the hot water was hit-or-miss. Staff were friendly and accommodating, which improved the experience. If you need a simple, affordable place to crash and can overlook basic amenities and some noise, this spot works. Just don’t expect luxury.

HONEST REVIEW: Be wary of the positive reviews here as the staff promotes and offers you things if you write a positive review. In my case, they asked me to rate them highly in order for them to keep my luggage stored past the check-out time. With that being said, the place has an excellent location. It's in the middle of everything and very accessible. I stayed in a double room by myself which was spacious and cleaned daily.

It's a perfect place for the ones who need a short stay and save their money and time for exploring the city. The location is perfect, right next to the MTR and bus stop. Staff and housekeepers are very helpful and friendly.

Nice location. Very accessible to malls, restaurants, and tourist spots. We booked four rooms and all are spacious even the double room. Good value for money as well.
